Du willst etwas aufbauen und bewegen? Als Elternzeitvertretung (befristet auf 2 Jahre) suchen wir ab sofort einen Country Manager (m/w/d), der uns maßgeblich beim Ausbau unseres Webshops und unserer Marke in Frankreich unterstützt. Wir sind Hersteller von einzigartigen Audioprodukten und vertreiben unsere Produkte im Direktvertrieb, bislang hauptsächlich über unseren eigenen Webshop. Deine Aufgaben:

Steuerung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts sowie Ausbau unseres französischen Marktauftritts
Betreuung & Steuerung diverser Online Marketing Kanäle wie bspw. SEO, Newsletter, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media (paid/organisch)
Recherche und Ansprache potentieller Kooperationspartner (z.B. aus dem Retail oder sonstige Marken)
Proaktive Unterstützung im Bereich PR sowie beim lokalen Business Development
Erstellung, Übersetzung, Lokalisierung & Copywriting von (Web)-Content wie bspw. Texte für Produktdetailseiten, Blogartikel, Social Media Content, Newsletter etc.
Research von Trends und Veränderungen im Markt sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
Durchführung von Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalysen
Unterstützung bei der Überwachung der Marketing KPIs und des Umsatzwachstums

Dein Profil

Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Online Marketing wünschenswert (idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im E-Commerce)
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing, Sprachen, Medien, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Verhandlungssichere Französisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Landeskunde durch Auslandsaufenthalt o.ä. erforderlich; Idealerweise Italienisch- oder Spanisch-Kenntnisse
Sehr gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse
Grundkenntnisse in Content-Management-Systemen wünschenswert
Unternehmerisches Denken und „Hands-On-Mentalität“
Du handelst proaktiv und agierst flexibel in den stark wechselnden Aufgaben eines Country Managers
Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
Persönliches Interesse an Audio- und Heimkino-Produkten wünschenswert

Your tasks

Do you want to build something and make a difference? As a parental leave replacement (limited to 2 years), we are looking for a Country Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect to provide us with significant support in expanding our webshop and our brand in France. We are a manufacturer of unique audio products and sell our products directly, so far mainly via our own webshop. Follow your sound and apply with us now!

Your tasks:

Management of day-to-day operations and expansion of our French market presence
Support & management of various online marketing channels such as SEO, newsletter, affiliate marketing, social media (paid/organic)
Creation, translation, localization & copywriting of (web) content such as texts for product detail pages, blog articles, social media content, newsletters, etc.
Researching and approaching potential cooperation partners (e.g. from retail or other brands)
Proactive support in the area of PR and local business development
Researching trends and changes in the market and deriving recommendations for action
Carrying out competitive and market analyses
Support in monitoring marketing KPIs and sales growth

Your profile

At least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing desirable (ideally initial experience in e-commerce)
Degree in economics, marketing, languages, media or a comparable qualification
Business fluent in written and spoken French, knowledge of the country through a stay abroad or similar required
Very good knowledge of German and/or English
Basic knowledge of content management systems desirable
Entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality
You act proactively and flexibly in the rapidly changing tasks of a Country Manager
Outgoing personality with very good communication skills
Personal interest in audio and home cinema products desirable
