- End-to-end ownership of all A/B tests and personalization campaigns – from ideation to impact measurement
- Development, conceptualization, implementation, and analysis of personalization campaigns and A/B tests
- Close collaboration with UX, design, webshop development, analytics, and other stakeholders, as well as with online marketing to ensure a holistic user experience
- Preparation of test results and active communication of insights within the organization
- Creation of briefings for designers and developers, as well as validation of technical specifications
- Continuous monitoring of campaign performance, identification of scaling potentials, and derivation of actionable recommendations
