CRO Manager (m/w/d) – Personalisierung & A/B-Testing

Your tasks

You are responsible for our personalization and A/B testing initiatives and develop data-driven strategies to continuously improve the conversion rate of our webshops.
With your understanding of user behavior, your enthusiasm for experimentation, and your analytical mindset, you actively drive the optimization of our webshops.
  • End-to-end ownership of all A/B tests and personalization campaigns – from ideation to impact measurement
  • Development, conceptualization, implementation, and analysis of personalization campaigns and A/B tests
  • Close collaboration with UX, design, webshop development, analytics, and other stakeholders, as well as with online marketing to ensure a holistic user experience
  • Preparation of test results and active communication of insights within the organization
  • Creation of briefings for designers and developers, as well as validation of technical specifications
  • Continuous monitoring of campaign performance, identification of scaling potentials, and derivation of actionable recommendations

Your profile

  • At least 1–2 years of professional experience in CRO, personalization, and A/B testing, with a strong understanding of user experience and conversion optimization
  • Hands-on experience with common tools such as Dynamic Yield, Kameleoon, Contentsquare, and Mapp or comparable solutions
  • You enjoy collaborating directly with colleagues to develop ideas and are not afraid to challenge existing approaches and continuously improve them
  • You enjoy proactively diving into data and generating meaningful insights
  • You communicate openly and enjoy working in cross-functional teams

This position is a full-time role and offers a gross annual salary between €45,000 and €52,000, depending on professional experience and qualifications.
