- Drive the creation of next‑generation audio products across categories and price tiers, pushing the boundaries of sound performance
- Own acoustic concepts end‑to‑end — from vision and prototyping to validation and final performance tuning
- Define and challenge acoustic specifications through hands-on measurements, data-driven analysis, and deep system understanding
- Shape the sound signature through critical listening, combining cutting-edge DSP with electroacoustic excellence
- Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, contribute to product concepts, and communicate progress, risks, and insights to stakeholders

Your tasks
Your profile
- 5 years of experience in acoustic development, with strong expertise in measurement techniques and trained listening skills
- Solid ability to assess loudspeaker performance and identify, analyze, and resolve acoustic issues
- In-depth knowledge of transducer and enclosure design, supported by experience with modern measurement systems (e.g., Klippel, CLIO) and simulation tools (e.g., LspCAD, AKABAK, VituixCAD)
- Good understanding of DSP-based audio processing, with the capability to develop signal-processing solutions for optimized system performance
- Structured, self-driven working style combined with strong communication skills, a passion for high-quality audio products, and fluency in English (German is a plus)
